Service Description
Book a consultation with one of our medical practitioners to discuss treatment options for persistent acne. Price does not include any prescriptions provided. Please note we do not offer laser skin treatments, chemical peels, or isotretinoin (Roaccutane).
Cancellation Policy
We require payment at the time of booking, this covers the cost of your consultation, it also helps to reduce no-shows and maximise appointment availability for our existing clients. We kindly ask for a 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made online or by email to hello@thryv.group. Failure to comply with our 12-hour cancellation notice policy will result in the loss of your consultation and booking fee. Joining the remote consultation late will unfortunately result in a reduction in your consultation time. If we need to cancel or reschedule your treatment due to you joining late, you will not be reimbursed your booking fee. Any prescriptions provided will be subject to additional prescription fee of £5, this does not include the price of the medication. The dispensing pharmacy determines the price of the medication for which we have no involvement. Please be aware that your recommended treatment plan may not include medication.
