A joint injection may be appropriate for you

​​Joint injections can only be offered following a thorough assessment with one of our medical practitioners, and only if they advice it's appropriate for you. When you come for your appointment, we will need to physically examine you before an injection can be offered.

If our medical practitioner feels a joint injection is not appropriate after your physical examination they may be able to offer alternative advice for managing your condition but an injection will not be offered. In this case we will not charge you the remaining treatment fee but your £100 booking deposit will be kept to cover the cost of the examination.
